This page describes what the website collects, in plain terms.
What is collected
Only what you type into the request form: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, delivery city, fuel type, and optionally an approximate volume and delivery requirements. The form also records that you ticked the consent box, and when. The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it loads no scripts or fonts from other companies.
To limit repeated submissions the form keeps a short-lived technical record based on a scrambled form of your network address. The address itself is not stored.
Why, and who receives it
The details are used to review your delivery request and reply to you. They are emailed to JDK Petroleum and also kept privately inside this website. They are not shown publicly and are not sold or passed to advertisers.
How long they are kept
Requests are deleted automatically once the retention period shown next to the submit button has passed. That period is a setting of the form.
Asking for deletion
Once a contact address is published on the contact page, write to it and ask for your request to be deleted. Until then, the automatic deletion above applies.
Enquiries are only accepted when a delivery address has been set up; the form shows its current status. While it says it is not accepting requests, nothing you type can be sent or stored.
